  • Each buyer has to be the decision-maker and to specify price points, quantities and wine regions that he is looking for.
  • Validation of the solvency of each buyer by the references given from their actual suppliers and evaluation of the company's profile.
  • The buyers engage with a participation fee and organize their own trip.

We met great producers to add to our portfolio at WWM Chicago. It is a trade event with a special format, good variety of wines and just the right size to easily find what we are looking for.

2 participation packages

Individual package

Each ‘face-to-face’ meeting lasts for 40 minutes and takes place in an area that is allocated entirely for the use of your business. The area comprises of 1 office-bedroom suite per company.

Shared package*

You share your meeting schedule and office with a ‘partner’ from a different region or country chosen by you or by Adhesion Group. The main difference between this package and the individual package is that at each of your 40 minutes meetings, you will welcome new buyers together with your ‘partner’ in your office. You present your products either simultaneously or one after the other. *you exhibit with a partner that you already know or provided by Adhesion Group.

The meetings take place in the business Suites perfectly set-up with a tasting area: you just need to bring your samples. You need to bring enough of them for the convention and the meals.

Each exhibitor has his own prestigious Business Suite which provides complete confidentiality:

  • An independent workspace equipped with: sofa, coffee table, work table with 4 chairs, kitchenette, refrigerator.
  • A personal area: bedroom, bathroom.
  • A kit including: 12 glasses, 1 spittoon and 1 ice bucket.
  • Wifi access.

 

The Lunches and Dinners

New, Business Cruise! This year the official dinner will be served aboard the Yatch ODYSSEY!

All meals which are taken together with all participants are additional opportunities to taste wines in a friendly atmosphere.

During a walk-around tasting exhibition, as an opening of the event, this space gives you the opportunity:

  • To have a first contact with all the buyers.
  • To organize additional meetings.

La formula dell’appuntamento singolo ci concede, oltre a sviluppare un potenziale contatto commerciale, anche di raccogliere importanti informazioni relative al mercato di appartenenza del Buyer con il quale ci stiamo confrontando. Ed avendo la possibilità di parlare con Buyer che arrivano praticamente da tutto il mondo si ha una buona visione di come sta evolvendo il mercato del vino. Dopo tre partecipazioni abbiamo notato che è molto importante insistere nella frequentazione degli eventi ADH perchè si diventa molto più visibili e riconoscibili da parte dei Buyer potenziali, e si riesce a creare quel feeling necessario per iniziare un rapporto di lavoro. Anche quest’anno alcuni Soci del nostro Consorzio hanno già chiuso contratti di fornitura con Società presenti al World Wine Meeting ed altre trattative sono tuttora in corso. Per noi WWM resta un appuntamento fi sso di inizio anno!

Le fait d'être logé dans le même hôtel et donc de pouvoir rencontrer les acheteurs plusieurs fois sur 3 jours apporte vraiment beaucoup. De plus le cadre et l'organisation s'y prêtaient très bien !
